Meet Our Chief Welding and Fabrication Specialist, Ross White
Ross White is a seasoned welder with over a decade of experience in the welding and fabrication industry, beginning his career in 2011. He graduated from Fab Master Welding Trade School, where he completed an intensive two-year training program and earned the widely recognized American Welding Society (AWS) certification, showcasing his expertise through rigorous hands-on testing and adherence to AWS standards. Ross also holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Welding and Metallurgy, further solidifying his technical foundation.
Early in his career, Ross honed his craft at Landscape Form in Michigan for 10 years, specializing in the creation of custom, high-quality outdoor furniture and landscape design solutions that blended artistry with precision welding. He later expanded his skill set in a fast-paced welding shop focused on CNC machining, advanced metal fabrication, and high-volume production, mastering techniques critical to industrial applications.
Since relocating to Florida in 2019 and launching Milan Welding & Fabrication in 2020, Ross has been a vital asset to the Space Coast, delivering exceptional welding and fabrication services to the aerospace, manufacturing, and marine sectors.
